Is it really free?

Yes. The meetup is 100% free to attend. We just ask that you RSVP — space is limited to 50 people, so a seat isn't guaranteed without one.

How many spots are there?

The room holds 50 people, and that's our hard cap each month. Once we hit 50 RSVPs, that's it — so lock in your seat early.

Who is this for?

Anyone interested in real estate investing — from people who haven't done their first deal yet to full-time investors closing every month. If you want to learn, network, and do more deals, you belong here.

Where exactly is it, and is there parking?

8701 South First Street, Building 2, Suite 215, Austin, TX 78748 — in South Austin. There is free parking in the business complex.

We meet the 3rd Thursday of every month at 6:00 PM Central. Check the countdown at the top of the page for the exact next date, and RSVP to lock in your seat.
